Dreem will be available in few weeks in North America. You can leave your email address and we'll let you know as soon as we are back on the market.
4 . What is Dreem's return policy?
You have 14 days to change your mind. All you need to do is send us back the product in as-new condition with all its accessories.
5 . How long is the guarantee on Dreem?

1 . What type of sleep problems does the headband work on?
The headband and its functionalities help users to resolve their sleeplessness problems, by reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, the number of times they wake up during the night, or too early in the morning, and alleviating daytime tiredness.
2 . Are there any contraindications?

3 . Is the headband adapted to my head size?
Dreem comes complete with a set of band size adjusters (S,M,L) which means that it adapts to all head sizes. See the band adjusters here.
4 . Are the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth active during the night?
The headband works independently during the night (without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) and its functionalities work using sound. It is in no way dangerous for your health.
5 . What's the headband's battery life?
We have chosen to reduce the size of the battery for the user's comfort, while ensuring a battery life of one night. We recommend charging the headband every morning so that you can receive your in-app night report and receive the latest updates.
6 . Will I be able to benefit from new functionalities released in the future?
Your headband will never become obsolete because it is constantly updated along with the app. So you'll benefit from any new functionalities released after your purchase.

1 . Do I have to pay to access the coaching programs?
When you purchase a Dreem headband you automatically have access to all the functionalities of the headband and its companion app, including the coaching programs inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
2 . How do the programs work?
After establishing your sleep profile, Dreem will orient you towards a program adapted to your needs. You'll be guided and accompanied through exercises and tips designed to help you restructure your sleep step-by-step.
3 . What does Dreem do with my personal data?
Your data belongs to you and is treated in a totally anonymous and confidential way. We will never exploit your data for commercial gain.
4 . When will I receive my first sleep report?
The headband analyzes your sleep for the first 7 nights, at the end of which you'll receive your first sleep report. You'll then receive these reports once a week, enabling you to clearly track your progress.
5 . What kind of data can I see in my app?
Every morning, you'll be able to see all your night's data: Total sleep time, how long it took to fall asleep, how many times you woke up during the night, the different sleep phases, respiratory and heart rates, sleep positions...
6 . Is my telephone compatible with Dreem?
You can use the Dreem app and headband with smartphones using iOS 10 or later and Android 5.0 or later. You can find a list of compatible devices in our information center.
